"What an awesome experience!!! If you are claustrophobic, this is definitely the place for you. The open MRI room is equipped with a large screen tv and great music sound system that significantly helped take my mind off of what was happening (my time was 1.5 hrs in the machine without any anxiety attack). The staff are professional, super patient, answered all my questions, showed me how the machine would work before doing my actual scan, and kept checking on me to ensure I was ok. Relatives and friends are allowed in the room with you. Ambience wonderful and entire place very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I had such a positive experience here completing a lower lumbar MRI. The administration & technicians were super warm & friendly, and they kept me comfortable by making sure I had a fan and the TV on. The machine I utilized also accommodates plus size bodies. It was my first MRI, and I will definitely go back there if I need another one in the future. I have claustrophobia, and this was a great alternative for me that kept me anxiety free."

"I had an MRI scheduled for 12/11. They called me on 12/7 to see if I could come on 12/9. When I get there they look up and say my copay is $1500. I asked why wouldn’t you tell me when you call to move it? Wasted 90 minutes driving to the location and back. Poor service. Avoid."

"Beware if this location and your appointments. My appt was for 2 pm. This establishment arbitrarily changed it several times with the final appt at 12:40. To top it off, they scheduled the wrong MRI machine when my Dr. specifically requested a certain machine. They took it upon themselves to give me what they wanted. I then had to wait to have the correct MRI performed because of their incompetence! When I expressed I was not happy with all that happened, the response, “I’m just the tech”. Management was not in sight."
