"We went through the drive-thru on our way home from Clearwater. It was so refreshing to have employees who were so engaged with us. As we waited for our order, there was a gentleman who asked, how we were doing and what we had planned for the weekend. Small conversation but it meant the world to us. Nowadays, there is a lack of acknowledgement with one another. Today, we felt genuinely cared for."
"The location is nice and new. I like the drive through space at this location. They are working hard as a new location to get the drive through faster and more efficient and it's gotten better and better every time we have gone there. We really like having a location in Hamlin and appreciate not having to drive 15 minutes each way to get to the next nearest location."
"This location needs lots of work. Poorly managed and food is definitely not to the normal quality. We have tried it several times and something is always off whether it be they left something out of order or food was not good. I would be surprised if ownership is involved in the day to day. after ordering a shake I asked for a tiny bit more whip cream and they said no. Crazy. Unfortunately this location just does not match up to others."
"A little lost for words, been going to chick fil a for years, but never have I received a sandwich with out a top bun, got a bottom bun, lettuce pickles and chicken but missing a the main thing to complete the sandwich"
"Service was quick and and accurate. However, only person acknowledging you is the person behind the register. Not like the usual Chick-fil-A where customer service is instilled in everyone. You have back of the house ignoring everyone and just hanging out in front."
