"It was unfortunate that we visited this restaurant during the Saturday of the famous Crafts and Art Festival of Mt Dora. Taking advantage of this busy weekend, the restaurant decided to have a limited menu at higher prices. No ice water, no ice, no ice tea, just soda and bottles of water. It's very disappointing that this restaurant would take advantage of this festival to resort to such tactics. Yes, you can do things to speed up service and try to make extra money during these busy weekends. However, there is a fine ethical line that this restaurant crossed in my opinion."
