"Ive loved Fazoli's for a long time. Happy that it was back in Florida and was in the area I had to go. I like their alfredo sauce more than olive garden (and its cheaper). Dining room is nice but small. Soda choices are pepsi products Staff was very friendly. Breadsticks were still cooking when I was served, they made sure to bring them out once they were ready."
"The food was a good portion, but didn't have a lot of shrimp in it. The kiosk ordering experience was great the modification screens were a lot, but allows you substitute out and customize your order. We did two meal deals (salad, drink, entree) with the garlic stuffed shells and it about $34. If you dine in you get breadsticks, which was a delightful surprise and tasty. The team was very nice that brought the food to the table and said that you leave the dishes on the table and they would take care of it."
"This was my first time trying this restaurant. Very disappointed. I ordered through the drive thru pasta and chicken for my toddler, and when I got home... this is what I got. Are you kidding me? The tiniest two pieces of chicken I've ever had on a kids' meal. I had to prep food to get a decent amount of protein for my child to eat when I saw that."
"Even with having the kiosks, a worker actually took our order (i hate kiosks), was very friendly, and patient with our kids. The restaurants was clean, food very good and big portions. The service was fast. We haven't been to Fazolis in years but will definitely go back. Where other restaurants have downgraded their game, Fazolis has stepped it up!"
"We came in for a thursday lunch special for $6.99, and also had some (very) delicious hot wings. Really spicy, and paired well with piping hot fresh breadsticks. Speaking of breadsticks, free and bottomless breadsticks when you dine in. What a treat! Clean bathrooms and a very friendly team of staff as well. We’ll be back for a quick meal soon m."
