"Scheduling an appointment here is a nightmare! I spent three days trying, they don't pick up the phone OR call back. Look elsewhere!"
"The scheduling practices are very poor. I was scheduled at 10am and asked to show-up one hour early and fasting. Over one hour past my scheduled appointment time(and two hours after arrival) I am still waiting for my MRI. I does not help when you feel bad and you hear staff laughing and joking as if they have no care in the world. I don’t blame them, laughter is life but the scheduling managers should come see the faces of all of these sick patients in the waiting room that are affected by their scheduling practices."
"Whatever you do, avoid this place! It’s a center that operates as an outpatient center but charges as a hospital. They will tell you that’s why their fees are so high. Also, you will show up on time in the morning but they’ll tell you because other patients were late they’re running 30-45 minutes behind. My time is valuable and I charge for my time as well, the Univ of Miami Hospital should pay me for my time just as they pay for a physician. Furthermore, they will ask you to sign documents electronically in a way that you can’t see what your signature is being populated into and you do not have an opportunity to review these documents. Upon demand, they may furnish a laminated copy of documents but there is no way to know where your signature is going or how it is being applied or to which document(s). Completely unethical the way they’re operating a business that is supposed to care for patients."
"Staff was extremely nice, each of them provided excellent customer service. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful. They have free coffee while you wait to be called for your appointment. I have no complaints."
"You HAVE to get the MRI order from one of the UM doctors otherwise they won't preform the MRI. That's the most ridiclous thing I've heard. I collectively spent 1 hour on hold with these people and they neglected to tell me this and now I have to go find another MRI center. Take your insurance and go somewhere else."
