"The breakfast chicken biscuit was great. The men's bathroom was very dirty. The paper towel dispenser was empty and the electric hand dryer didn't work. When I mentioned no towels, one staff member told the other, "I put some in yesterday." That was yesterday. My order was to go; I didn't look around the rest of the restaurant."

"Got the Frisco melt and a double cheeseburger. This was order was drive through, my cheeseburger had cold/hard onions and cheese. The patties tasted left over and luke warm. Burger was completely disheveled. Half the fries were in the bag and not in its container. Frisco melt was better though."

"Apparently restaurants can just... lie on coupons now? This was my wife's and my first time visiting a Hardee's, mid-trip. We used a coupon (photo below) for a Frisco sandwich with a fried egg. When we got the receipt, they up-charged us for the egg. We showed them it was very clearly included on the coupon and both the associate and manager were ADAMANT that the coupon didn't include the egg, and that there was nothing they could do. Couldn't get a straight answer from the associate as to "why" it was possible to charge us for the egg, but not remove the charge. Gave up and left - first and last time visiting a Hardee's. Hope the egg was worth it!"

"This is the best Hardees I’ve been to in a long time. My burger was fresh hot and put together perfectly. fries were hot and crispy. The staff was friendly and engaging. I wish this were the Hardee’s in my town. And I saw them engage with other customers just as happy and politely as they did with me. Thank you for a great lunch experience Carolina and Zapp!"
