"This was today 2/20/24 Very disappointed with the lack of organization staff had during my short stay. My appointment was at 10:30a got in at 10:15a waited almost 2 hours. Between 10:15a and 12n I was given an update that I was next to be called so then I waited with my name not called. I cancelled my appointment and got my deductible back and left. Waiting 2 hours for a person with back issues is not cool. If you can’t take care of someone at there appointment time, this clinic should be courteous and be transparent that they will not take care of you at your proper appointment time."
"Extremely bothered by the waiting time. My appointment was at 2:30pm, I got there at 2:14pm. I still had to wait until 4pm when I finally I ask someone tell me I was the next one. I was not called until 4:10pm. Front desk ignored me twice until the third time after I complained about the 1 hour 1/2 for waiting. Horrible service."
"Do yourself a favor and just book the 1st appointment of the day. If not you WILL be waiting for hours. Front desk is not friendly. With the exception of the nice lady that sits at a separate front desk."
"I was expecting the worst after reading several 1 Star Yelp reviews. So, with this in mind, and my high customer standardsi arrived to my appointment. My conclusion, some people redirect their frustrations in life and try to justify whatever they think is wrong I had a 4:45pm got there 20 minutes early. Front desk was more than accommodating and my X-ray technician saw me five minutes before my appt. time and was in my car by 4:54 PM. You tell me, can we believe all the 1 star Reviews posted? Clearly not!"
"Every time I come here I’m always waiting 2 hours long or more and it’s always people coming in after me and they are seen before me. Just sad bad customer service and they don’t care. Hialeah on 3320 Palm ave. The worst place to come. You will be waiting forever."
