"My experience was not bad at all. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was doing fine during my exam. He was very professional, quick and straight to the point. MRI exams aren't easy, but if you relax, breathe in and out, the exam will go smoothly and before know it the exam is over."

"Horrible experience! I would never ever recommend this lab to anyone. The technician was unkind, uncaring and unprofessional. He should find another line of work. It is unheard of to go to for an MRI (in pain) and not be assisted getting on or off the table. During the exam, I hit the buzzer to inform the tech that I was in pain. He did not respond to the buzzer. At one point during the exam, the table was lifted too high and as I was pushed into the machine I hit my hand and elbow against the inside wall and I yelled. I endured this poor quality of service to complete the exam and get my CD of the examination. Go here at your own risk!"

"First I’d like to start with saying that it was pretty fast and no wait not going to lie. Two people working in the front desk and I believe 1+ mri technicians. Technician himself some tall white/dark grayish hair was not rude or anything but did not explain anything abou the procedure. All he said was ok lay down on your back be still and don’t move, here is the call bell Incase you feel claustrophobic slapped some headphones on my head and just pushed into the tunnel it wasn’t a horrible experience but could of definitely been better the least they could do is explain the procedure to their clients. This place will definitely not see me again."

"I had such a great experience here. There was absolutely no wait. I was in and attended in no time. It was my 1st time having an MRI and the tech explained everything well enough and made me feel comfortable. Head phones were provided with music which helped distract from being in that machine."

"A horrible place. From the day I received their call to set this appointment i new that it will ending like this. I been in some other MIR and what I received today was a complete rude customer service. The place itself give you the perspective of the service. The AC vent had a big layer of dust around seem never been cleaning or painted the ceiling, bathroom is dirty and all with a heavy smell. Front office door is just hanging in there. I glad they didn't have an especial space to my little one to be during the MRI like a lot other offices have. So I just got the perfect opportunity to run from this place. I asked the front desk lady to return my signed documents, she just give me some, set apart some others and didn't want to let me see what she separate until I requested in a very upset mode. Don't bother to come this place. Now I'm calling CRI to set an appointment Very different experience, plus they offer your little one special attention."
