"My family’s house is close to Sam’s so it was always the place we ordered from if the kids didn’t pick a pizza chain on rare occasions! They still order from Sam’s and like the pizza , however the few times they’ve ordered while I’ve been there it has not had the crispy crust I’d come to know and love! It was just floppy and doughy . I’m hoping that this happened due to it being the weekend and wanting to get the orders out /or that they had somebody new learning and running the oven. No matter I think my parents will continue to order from here either way!"
"Usually the food is better, this time they finished my order but forgot part of it, caused the finished food to sit for a other 10 minutes and it was cold when we brought it home. The pizza had too many air bubbles which makes it pretty dry."
"First time I brought pizza from this place the pizza was burned on the bottom very dry. Tried giving it a second chance but it turned out the same. We spoke with Manager and he was very rude. If you want burned pizza then this is the place to go. The wings didn’t taste good either."
