McDonald's

"I stopped at this McDonald's to buy lunch I went inside to order. It was raining outside and their floors were soaking wet. They had a wet floor sign out but it was obvious they were not keeping up with the floors. I ordered a Mcdouble. Just a simple burger, should not have been hard to get it right. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food. They gave me my burger in a bag, I left and when I got in my car I realized they gave me just a cheeseburger. I went back inside and went flying on their wet floors and fell backwards. I hit my back and twisted my knee. Of course I yelped when I fell...it hurt and I wasn't expecting it. The manager came over and didn't even ask if I was alright she just scolded me and told me to keep my voice down. This McDonald's is THE WORST. No more McDonald's for me. I'm going to Burger King or Wendy's they have better quality food anyway. They are lucky I didn't sue them"

"The burger came out RAW! I waited for 25 minutes to receive a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund without me handing over the big Mac first. I refused and immediately took photos. The attitudes of the staff that night was astonishing. They were rude, spiteful, and just plain unhappy to be working at McDonald's."

"Every time we order food from the drive through we have to explain that always the last time we ordered, the food was cold and over cooked. I always order the #4 chicken sandwich and it's overcooked, burned almost. My wife gets the big Mac and it's also cold. Yes we see a lot of new people working there all the time and I'm sure you're having a hard time keeping workers, but you'll have to train them properly. And the food is not cheap either. You will never see us again."

"Unbelievable at how unprofessional and just disorganized this food franchise has become. $50 to get a family of 4 dinner for the evening. To drive home and ultimately find out that several items are Missing from the bag called the store. Get told they can remake it replace it. That's fine drive 20 minutes back down there to just literally get handed to the items that seem like. They were probably sitting on the counter from when I called. The food that was actually in the bag was absolutely disgusting. Smashed just everything piled into one paper bag for what was for family meals. Really with prices being at $50 for us to eat. We could have gone on to eat... Southgate is slow unprofessional disorganized and just like every other McDonald's extremely overpriced for c*** food."

"I get tired of spending my money on things and people being rude and not giving me what I payed for! I went threw the Drive threw bought a frappe because the ice cream machine has been down for days as well as milkshakes .. I payed for extra caramel and get handed a regular frappe mine you it tasted like crushed ice water no flavor at all for a Item to be almost $6 and to pay $0.27 for extra caramel and not get it is aggravating what’s even more aggravating is when I said something to the lady at the window she tells me very rude and loud that is extra caramel smh I got charged almost $0.30 for a couple small lines of caramel on a large frappe it’s sad enough that this particular McDonald’s all their items cost more then any of the other local McDonald’s but to constantly not give the correct items and be rude about it"
