"I showed up at 9pm when they close at 10pm and they proceeded to say they don’t serve food at this time? After I spent a couple seconds looking at the menu… that’s something you disclose as soon as someone comes to the drive thru, not after a few seconds of the person looking at the menu and saying to please wait so we could look lol. Could’ve saved us both some time!"

"This review is for the DQ in Hayes Road Town Center ONLY. DQas a chain is very hit or miss, but the Hayes Road DQ is a hit. The food is always hot. Quality control seems to be in play, and the staff is friendly."

"Just went here after ordering on mobile order. Arrived and realized it went to the wrong store. No big deal figured they could help me. Nope not useful at all from the manager standpoint. Employee was more than willing to help but manager refused and was rude and condescending. Then as I am waiting to try and get a resolution through the app I hear him make a racist comment on a customer regarding them being ghetto and just don’t want to pay because the cone size was small compared to normal. Immediately walked out and drove to the other store as I didn’t want to give them my business."

"I have been going to the drive thru for over a year and loved the ice cream and the employees at the drive-thru are so friendly. For the last three months ice cream has been very cold, frozen and does not even have a creamy consistency. I addressed the issue and they said there was a problem with the machine and they fixed it. So I gave it another try. The first few times it was better, but not 100% better. Yesterday my ice cream was the same frozen mess. They can't seem to get this machine working so I am driving five miles out of my way to the Little Road/Hilltop location where the menu prices are a bit more expensive but the ice cream is great!!!"
