"I love my Dunkin coffee, unfortunately this Duncan in my area is by far the worst of them all. The people working there are all right, most of the time I am thanking them and they just stare at me after I thank them for handing me my items. But that's not even the worst part, 99.9% of the time I have to hand my coffee back for them to make it the correct way. I get a frozen coffee with butter pecan and cold foam on top, so it's over $5 for my coffee every time, that adds up quickly. I My soft worked for Dunkin back when I was 18, it really really really wasn't that hard to make coffee and some food. I wish the employees took their job a little more seriously... They seem to have a whole new crew, I'm going to say a year ago they had some good people working there."
"To me, donuts are donuts, but I want to give a shout out to the young man at the front counter on Saturday afternoon 1/27/24. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding while my non-verbal grandson picked out his donuts and even gave him a little box of his own to carry out. That experience alone made those the best donuts he's ever had."
"i get the same order everytime i come and it generally always tastes the same, employees seem to be doing good now. in the past this dunkin was one of the worst but i come here regularly for the past few months with no problems. i also love seeing the random roosters and cats that live in the area lol"
"Service was excellent, food and coffee excellent. A gentleman corrected a worker about a tip jar. your employees bust their butt and deserve a tip. I left one but the tip jar should definitely be on the counter so we can see to be able to tip. I'm in the restaurant industry, tips are essential now a days and I tip every where I go, if there isn't a tip jar visible how can one tip? I vote for it to be on the counter, for the sake of your workers. Again performance and workmanship is amazing."
