"I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and they were so spicy hot that I couldn't eat them. Advertisement does not say that they are spicy hot. I will never order from Popeyes again. I used to love Popeyes chicken."

"Food was so hot spice wise my children and I who love hot food could not eat it. My son tried and ended up sick. I spent over 60 dollars and now no one wants to answer when I call for it to be corrected"

"Let me start by saying we actually come to the restaurant a lot, but today was absolutely the worst experience I ever had at ANY fast food establishment. We placed our order online for pickup and when we got there they originally gave us the wrong order. Which is not a big deal but when we went back and told them, they took the bag and put it back with the other orders. Which is gross because before we realized it was the wrong order, I had opened the container and touched the food inside, so seeing them putting the bag there like they're planning on giving it to someone else is disgusting. Then they gave us our order and although we were disgusted it still wasn't too bad but when we got home we realized that some of the popcorn chicken we got was actually shrimp, which could have made my daughter sick as she has an allergy to shrimp. They also didn't give us one order of our fries, and the Mac and cheese they gave us looked disgusting and like they dumped a smaller container into a bigger container not giving us the amount of Mac and cheese that we paid for. Not to mention the coke we got tasted disgusting and hurt my stomach."

"Bought their Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving. 15 lbs, juicy and very tasty. Included the gizzards, etc, to make gravy with if you chose. Need to refrigerate three days ahead so it will thaw in time. It was done in 90 minutes with lots of juice. We plan to purchase it again."

"Disappointed Our order was very clear on the receipt they stapled to the bag. The Four sandwich family meal was missing the sauces we ordered, the coleslaw wasn’t in the bag and the sandwiches were wrong .hardly any mayo No cheese except one sandwich and a scant pittance amount of bacon on all of them .see photo. If you don’t care about the quality of your work or customers you won’t get repeat business and if you ran out of bacon you should let the customer know."
