"We order pay at the window and told please pull up front were timed. Is not being timed because you take to long only to have to go in myself To get our food, cold tater tots sandwich was hot. But after waiting almost 10 min not acceptable. Time for some new management. Thought the owners might want to know what there doing. Wonder why BKS are shutting down."
"My mom took me to here as a way to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday. We ordered and had a seat. Three employees came to our table and delivered our order while singing happy birthday to me for the Marine Birthday. And as we were leaving gave me a complimentary milk shake. Very much enjoyed our lunch and the respect paid by the whole crew!! Thanks from a grateful Marine."
"15 minute wait at the drive-thru. Ordered two double cheeseburgers and both burgers only had one patty. Of course they still charged us for double cheese burgers though. Both sodas are flat and they forgot all the condiments. Won't be going here again."
"The lady at counter didn't listen when taking my order and rang up what she wanted. I called to ask what happened cause they gave me no receipt. On the phone the phone they told me she rang up a whopper jr when I told her a bacon king meal. Then the person tried to say I said a number 5 when I said a bacon king meal. All the manager could say was that we didn't over charge you. No you didn't ring my order up right at all and did nothing to fix it. Instead rang up items I didn't order. Whole order messed up wrong sandwiches. Instead of trying to fix it they just said well you didn't get overcharged."
