"Great little place in the middle of Gainesville. The food and atmosphere was awesome. The service deserves less stars but they did tell us when we arrived they were short staffed and waits could take longer than normal, therefore four stars because the server was awesome when we had moments with them. They were working their tails off. I definitely recommend but hope they are able to get more staff soon."
"Very good food. Not the very best Mexican in town, but solid. Nice patio dining with heat lamps for those rare chilly evenings. I always found the margaritas a little odd because they use (or used to, anyway) seltzer water, but the flavors were still good. In general, a nice dining experience worth the time because of the atmosphere."
"The tacos were so delicious we returned for another meal before leaving this week. They have 2 for $5 on Taco Tuesdays and other specials the rest of the week. Be sure to let your server know if you don’t like cilantro. Everything was delicious, but I was especially fond of the Tempeh tacos, so flavorful! The salsa and chips taste fresh and the salsa has a kick. The service is fast and friendly at the bar. The dinosaur/fossil theme is great. However it can get a little noisy inside and difficult to hear. They do have outdoor seating."
"Pretty decent Mexican hangout bar. Decent enough margaritas, and lots of your favorites, with some fun twists on other things. FYI they have tons of vegetarian and vegan options. One of things we had were some Vegan Fried Mac and Cheese Balls. They were incredible. One of the best vegan things I’ve ever had. we also had a guacamole that was a mix it yourself thing, which was kind of silly. Good outside space for eating. All in all worth your time if you’re downtown."
