"I’ve had terrible customer service with fast food restaurants, especially within the past two years, so I had to shout out Viktoria working the drive thru window on her incredible service! She was a ray of sunshine first thing in the morning! Food was excellent too."
"I have never had an issue with this location until about a year ago. Now every time I go here my order is always missing something and the fries are only warm and seem pretty old but when I try to say something they are not happy about it an act like I'm lying as do the Managers even though they can clearly see the fries for themselves.. I love Burger King and hope to update this to a 5 star and a great rating. If you don't like your job maybe it's time for a change.."
"Placed an order and charged 3x as much by restaurant. Went in to speak to someone to correct it. Instead of refunding me the extra charged amount. Was told I was "generously" being offered 5 dollars (they overcharge me by 9) to resolve the issue. Further told it was my fault, even though I was not informed of the mistake and not given a receipt. Only found out about mistaken charge via bank app notification. Finally called names while exiting store. Terible customer service."
"Went in and ordered a simple meal. Really slow service. I waited over 15 minutes, and I was the only one in the lobby. One of the workers commented that they were short-staffed. Then close the restaurant! Or close the lobby. Better to have no service than bad service. Do not recommend."
