"You have not earned any stars!!. Your restaurant is nasty the food had hair in it. And worst of all, your customer window service was appalling. Which made the atmosphere terrible. Do better or shut down. Your food is just funding Shand anyways."

"Went through the drive through when we ordered a head and they told us we had to park and walk up…they couldn’t give us the order through the window? Then parked immediately and waited outside the walk window for 15 minutes. Service here is just so utterly horrible. Don’t expect any positive experience from here"

"Came for lunch since I was passing by and looking for a place to eat. The drive thru was closed so I parked and walked up. Stood outside the window for 5 minutes. Looked in and seen someone inside. They looked at me and still didn't come to the window so I knocked. They acted like I was annoying them by being there and opened the window and said they can only make burgers because their fryers were down... Ok... So this means you just ignore people and make them ask what's up??? How F'd is that!!! I said great I just want a burger and nothing else. I got my burger and it was like warm. Won't be back to this location ever again. It was pretty grubby looking too. Should have just left like the other 5 people who walked up and I had to tell them they were only making Burgers and no fried foods because they still were not managing the window. Isn't Rally Checkers known for their awesome and hot fries? I used to think so. I think this chain is going down the drain. More and more times stuff like this has happened to us at other locations too. So sad to see such a great place fall off their game."

"I ordered on the app. Drove up to a completely empty Checkers. Told them and the empty drove thru line about my pick-up order. Somehow they couldn't give it to me thru the window. I had to park in the empty parking lot and walk to the window. Another customer shows up and is given my food, realizing this, they yell at the other customer who comes back from their car with my food. Not surprised at all the bad reviews for this place."

"2 disrespectful flag code violations. 1. Multiple US flags. One is plenty to signal to the world how patriotic you are. You don't need 6. 2. Non illuminated at night. The code specifically disqualifies near by street lights as an acceptable method. Cmon guys, please show some respect for our brave brothers and sisters, sons and daughters and mothers and fathers who've sacrificed their lives for us."
