"Came to pick up an order and I literally never write reviews but I’ve never had this experience at a chick fil a ever. The two girls driving the golf cart today for curbside orders were so rude and saw we parked and continued to drive away. Then I went in to pick up the order and both completely ignored me and took the order back into the kitchen and it was now after breakfast time so the app took the payment but our order was canceled. Thankfully Erin was so helpful and helped me and went and tracked down our order and was so nice about it!! She deserves something for her customer service because the other two definitely shouldn’t be working at a place known for how great the service is. I was not rude or mean or anything I just wanted food we paid for :/. Don’t order curbside here unless you want terrible service and you have to go pick it up inside anyways."

"Manager demands customer return incorrect orders to the kitchen for redistribution. With so many challenges from this location I feel inclined to write a review. My recent visit at the mall I ordered a salad and lemonade. After walking through the mall with lots of bags I finally left the parking lot. I received a text of my transaction which was double the price. I turned back around with bag in hand and informed the cashier I was charged for two salads despite ordering only one. Prior to issuing a refund for one salad they demanded I give back one salad. Despite messing up my order and inconveniencing me the manager literally asked a customer to return food which was taken back to the kitchen. This is disgusting and not the first time this has happened. This location constantly mess up online orders and do not issue refunds. In addition they expect you to return back to the location the same day to retrieve missing items. This is gross, be careful when ordering here."

"The food was ok, didn't feel as crispy and done as I would want. They forgot my order, so had to inform them I was still waiting. It's in the mall, so atmosphere is the best it can be."

"The past 3-4 times going to this Chick Fil A and ordering curbside, the fries aren’t filled up all the way, the nuggets are super tiny, and the food is only semi warm. 2 of the 12 nuggets I ordered were very flat and extremely small (pictured above). This is the amount of fries that were given. I love chick fil a and am very sad this is the quality of the food at this location. One positive is the staff is usually very friendly but I would spend the extra time and drive over to Archer road if you aren’t shopping at the mall."

"Quality and quantity drops every time I stop by this CFA, ordered two large fries and both orders were less than half full of fries! photo speaks for it self, taken right after CFA delivered it into my car, this was during lunch rush hour, fries should not be soft!"
