"I just recently moved to Gainesville and I was absolutely blown away by China 88 the first time I tried it. Not once in my life have I connected this much with the owners of a restaurant -they are literally the sweetest and super down to Earth. I can tell they take great pride in the food they make and pour their whole hearts into every single dish. The food is an absolute testament to this!! For this reason I keep coming back. I've tried a great variety of the menu but here are some of my favorite dishes: The bourbon chicken is a MUST TRY, AMAZING Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken that tastes like REAL ORANGES and not some mass produced sauce, Wonton Soup, Low mein... You name it they've got it all and do not cut any corners. You should def check out their lunch special. I cannot believe that all of this food comes at such a reasonable price. I love China 88. Let's vote to make it the best Chinese restaurant in Gainesville!!!! I am trying the hot and spicy chicken tonight!!! Surely it's gonna be fantastic."
"I have never had a single bad experiences here and I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. The food is delicious, the people are kind and they’re always fast. I get something different almost every time and each meal has been fantastic. I actually stopped in on Valentine’s Day and I was greeted with a red rose and a dainty gift bag with chocolates. IT WAS SO SWEET!!! Please support this family owned business. They’re so great!"
"I have enjoyed this restaurant for years. The people here are so kind and friendly. The food is consistently delicious. They even just gave my fiancé a rose for Valentine’s Day when we walked in! Please stop in and see for yourself. I promise it’s worth it. Thank you to the staff for always being so wonderful!!!"
"Great food.. wonderful service. Usually I don’t eat Chinese food but after I tasted this I order from them almost every week. Even If do takeout the quality is the same. They have great customer service , great staff.would definitely recommend Chinese food from here."
"New owners with AMAZING Chinese food!!!! This place I visit once a week. The food is made FRESH. They use what they cooked that day+ not leftover food heated up. All her produce is fresh never frozen either. Tina is the owner with her husband and 2 children whom are all very nice friendly and awesome people. I will support this business for as long as possible."
