"So there customer service is absolutely horrible they all have attitudes and look at you with just pure disgust like you're bothering them. Is was early morning around 6:30 a.m. the manager was at the drive-thru window taking payments absolutely rude I say thank you and he just closes the window and rolls his eyes and then I go to the pickup window the gentleman hands me my drink with the lid halfway off of it spilling all down my clothing and my vehicle and then shoves a bag to me I'm like okay I said well have a wonderful day he rolls his eyes and slams the window! Yeah very unprofessional amd unpleasant I will not be back at this location."

"Horrible service. Food was wrong, didn't receive fries when I told the girl at front counter she looked at me and they kept on with what she was doing. Pretty much ignored me, instead on telling me fries weren't up yet. Had someone else go back and he asked her something and came back and told me waiting on fries. That's all she had to say instead of ignoring me and bopping around to music they had blasting."

"Staff made my 7 year old son cry by treating him so rudely and hatefully when he just wanted Ketchup and to go to HIS favorite restaurant McDonald's. I have not done a review for a while but our experience today was so awful it must be done now. My adorable son had an unexpected day off school and begged to go to McDonald's (we haven't gone for a long time) so we went for him. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful and treated the Caucasian customers very differently than the African American customers. In all honesty they were rude to almost everyone but slightly less hostile toward the African American customers and outwardly hostile toward the white customers. This is unacceptable! Every day I go to work as a person with a doctorate (who just happens to be Caucasian) and treat EVERY person with respect and dignity. I was so upset when my son went up to the counter to ask for ketchup and was ignored for a long time, had multiple rude employees look right at him and roll their eyes and walk right past him and he came back to me crying and said he was scared and they were mean. My son is not a shy kid at all and this is so wrong! First of all, they were rude when they called our number and the order was WRONG and missing our 10 piece chicken nuggets but my husband was gracious and patient. Then they didn't give us our 3 cups for our drinks and the employee said "now what's your problem?" Very rudely and we said could we please have our cups and they were almost thrown at us. Then we asked for ketchup and were given 2 packs for 3 people. The owner of this McDonald's either needs a new manager or just start all over with employees. I stood back and watched and the employees were being outwardly rude to everyone and hostile even more to the white customers. Again, this should NEVER include a little 7 year old boy who just loves McDonald's and wanted some more ketchup. I finally went up to the counter with him and after 3 employees walked past me and him standing there I yelled "could I please have some ketchup?!?;??" And a male employee with long fake fingernails rolled his eyes, grabbed a few ketchups and slammed them in my hand in front of my son. To the owner of this McDonald's: You should be ashamed. If this happened to us I'm sure much worse has happened to people who do not speak out. Racism is unacceptable. It goes both ways. My son, husband and I did not deserve the way we were treated today and we never treat anyone with that kind of disrespect. I am praying for you and your McDonald's. Dr. Ogle"

"The workers are extremely rude. I've worked in fast food, but there is no reason to be blatantly rude. I walked in for my order, had to wait 10 minutes to get the attention of a worker for her to look at me and walk away and keep talking with her friend. It's not just me who's had issues at this McDonald's with onlines and doordash. Some type of management should help this store. Save yourself trouble if you order online or doordash. Save your dasher the trouble of harassing the workers and waiting 40 minutes"

"Wanted to make a quick stop to eat but it ended up taking 1.5 hrs! Staff is rude. One guy was picking at his mouth and took something out of it and didn’t even wash his hands after. The kiosk wasn’t working and the worker wasn’t helpful. Food took forever"
