"My son and I went here, we got a kids turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese and a sliced pork big deal with fries. We waited about a half hour after ordering until we got our food. The portions were crazy small, like two small slices of pork that didn’t even cover the garlic bread they were on and my son’s turkey sandwich had one small piece folded in half. Why would anyone want to pay $23 for bread that was lightly grazed by a tiny piece of meat….. at a BBQ place? No one would, that’s why I decided to give this place one star. Cold food that barely existed. Not worth it."
"Jessica was our server and she did an excellent job! Also, can’t leave a review without mentioning Charles (Pitmaster, GM) I saw him multiple times talking with customers and checking to make sure everything was up to standards! This is one of the best Sonny’s hands down"
"Fast friendly service at lunch time. Didn't have to wait long for anything. The food was amazing and cooked very well. The only problem I had was I couldn't eat more than I did. Charles is a great manager and cook. Very friendly and knowledgeable."
"Ms. Shelly is amazing. Absolutely incredible server. Even better person Maddy is the best that ever was. Not enough room on this page to describe how great she is. Nicole might be the nicest person to exist. Leah really cares and always goes above and beyond. You can tell she has the spirit of Sonny’s in her heart! Faith is a wonderful person. Always upbeat and happy. Charles certainly is a person that exists. Overall, incredible staff, incredible atmosphere, by far and away the best Sonny’s I’ve ever been to. I’d recommend everyone come spend your money here!"
"Did an online order last night for curbside. Got to Sonnys and called to let them know I had arrived. Young lady said it would be a few minutes because they were still waiting on my order to be prepared. Waited about five minutes and they brought out my food. The young lady that brought out my food was nice and apologized for the wait. This is why I give the one star. Don’t understand why they had me to wait and say the food was being prepared because my order was completely ICE COLD! The two sliced pork big deals, one with fries that were overcooked and one with supposed to be bbq dirty rice but received bbq beans. The egg rolls were simply dried out, ice cold and disgusting! I love Sonny’s but after last night dinner i will be looking for a better option for bbq!"
