Burrito Famous

"If it was an option I would give a 4.5 overall. I had a famous taco and a build your own burrito both with ground beef. The price was reasonable. I've had better for cheaper, but I've also paid much more for much worse. The food tasted like it is made with quality ingredients. It tasted like most of the homemade tacos and burritos I've had. It was a little too bland and mild for my taste. I also that is what you have to do when you are serving food to the public. I would definitely eat here again."

"Been going here for a long time. The food is good and the service is okay considering it's a walk up window. I kind of like the way it use to be a lot more than the changes in the past few years. After COVID they changed the way the place works which was understandable considering the circumstances it made sense. But now that things have normalized I think they should go back to the build your own "subway style" setup. Used to be you walk through the line and they build your base the way you want it and you could see what you were getting before you decided. It gave you a little more control of how much of each ingredient you want in your burrito/bowl. Used to be cheaper as well. Doesn't make much sense to increase prices when your actually not using as much product. Before you could stuff your burrito. It's just not the same experience anymore and I'm sure business has decreased since the changes. No shade, the food is still good. Just a little bit of a let down and wanted to share my thoughts, I'm sure there's others that feel the same way."

"This restaurant serve their food with kindness and heart! I recently hosted a business networking event at our church with this catering, they are some of most generous people in the food and hospitality industry and everything they delivered was absolutely delicious, my guests loved all the meat options and QUESO were superb! Thank you for your generosity in give back to the community and using fresh and high-quality ingredients to expertly prepared this dinner for my guests! God Bless you!"

"Solid burrito option in a cool walk-up little place! I had the San Diego which comes with steak and fries inside, it was jam packed with meat and guac! Really good stuff. My wife enjoyed her custom burrito. The chips and guac and queso were good too! No salsa for the chips, only pico, but that was okay. The chips are high quality too, thick and homemade."

"This place was pretty good my main complaint is that I feel like the portion size could’ve been a lot bigger because I got a bowl along with plantains and I still felt like I could have ate more. I did the make your own bowl with chicken, rice, beans and egg and it was $14 so it kind of makes sense to get one of the signature bowls because they are cheaper and some come with two proteins. My friend got the San Diego bowl and hers seemed a bit better than mine. Overall my food was pretty good and I’d go here again. I also got plantains for $1.50 which was pretty cheap and they were good . The workers there were really nice and helpful, plus our food came out really quickly. The outside seating area is also cute. The boomerang menu option sounds really good but I didn’t try it"
