Prema Organic Cafe

"While in town for a wedding weekend, we found Prema through Seed Oil Scout. It's usually tough, especially on vacation, to find something to eat without any seed oils or gluten. This place covered all the bases and actually overwhelmed us with the amount of attractive options for us to eat. We wanted to try all of it & tried our best to do so in the 2 days we were there. For breakfast, we got Happy Gut Immunity Shots, the Berry Love smoothie, Almond Butter Toast & Tuna Salad Toast. All 3 were delicious and we couldn't wait to buy more of the tuna salad from the refrigerated section for later. We also picked up a couple delicious Kombuchas, a Blueberry Magic Scone, a No-Bake Granola Bar, Healthy Slaw & a Pesto Chicken Salad for lunch and our trip home the next day. The staff were incredibly friendly and remembered us when we came back later in the day. The only sad part was getting home and not having anymore food left. I wish we lived closer and could eat here every day."

"We are so glad we found Prema. We’ve enjoyed their smoothies and each had an amazing egg sandwich this morning. The breakfast cookie and protein balls are fantastic! This will be our breakfast choice for the remainder of our visit. Excellent quality ingredients that are in delicious items. What a treat! Prices are very reasonable and you feel good eating food from Prema!"

"My husband and I were here for a wedding on memorial weekend. I have celiac disease & a dairy allergy so I wanted to find a place we could try that was safe for me. I got the avocado toast & my husband got an egg sandwich + a coffee. Both were pretty size-able portions for the price paid, no complaints here. The person who took my order (I cannot remember her name! So sorry!) told me to put the sauerkraut on the side and to atleast try it with my avocado toast. I don’t even listen to my own family when they tell me to try things because I tend to be a picky eater, but this gal was so convincing and boy was she right. The sauerkraut was definitely on the mild side and paired nicely with the toast. I had a few bites of it before passing it to my husband to use! Overall, great experience. Seaside & watercolor has become a favorite for me this trip so it will not be our last visit to this cafe "

"Having to be gluten free due to autoimmunity is not the funnest. However, this place is amazing! I ordered the egg sandwich and dragon fruit smoothie bowl. Both were incredibly delicious and I love that I was able to eat gluten free sourdough bread! Most gluten free options taste terrible at other restaurants so I usually forego any gluten free breads offered. So, this is truly an exception! I really appreciate the all organic menu and free of allergens kitchen. It’s hard going on vacation with dietary restrictions / food intolerances but this place made me feel like I wasn’t eating on any sort of “diet”. I feel good and I can enjoy my vacation knowing I fueled my body with so many nutrients. I also took the super food salad and pineapple mint juice to go - the juice is bottled in glass! I wish I had this place back home - it is such a gem!!!"

"Prema is a small organic cafe. This is our second time back to the area and love this places convenience for lunch while at the beach. Not much seating inside, but can take it back to the beach. They have a nice selection of juices and smoothies made in house. My wife had a salad with pesto chicken salad and I had chicken pesto toast. Overall good experience. For the price we paid food could have been a bit better."
