"It was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for our food. I ordered a ribeye and it was a gray looking piece of meat. Our grandchildren ordered burgers and they were the smallest burgers I’ve ever seen. I hesitate to write such a review but if I can save someone the time and money we were out, then I’ll do it."
"Usually I enjoy my meal at this restaurant but today's lunch was subpar to say the least. Lettuce was brown on the bar and potato soup was vinegar and the potatoes were spongy. Service was good but food quality needs to improve. You shouldn't have to tell staff to switch brown lettuce."
"Been here a couple of times and enjoyed our experience. We always get seated right away, and they're kid friendly, offering either booster seats or high chairs. The food is great with decent portion sizes and comes out within 20 minutes of ordering. This is a good place to come eat, especially after getting shopping done!"
"Went for the salad bar. I like that when I’m craving a big salad I can drop into Ruby Tuesday. It’s not perfect but has all the varieties. I also got the daily special of a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The spicy factor is the red hot sauce over the chicken patty and it was just ok. Reminded me of cafeteria food. The jalapeño queso burger had no seasoning in the patty so ended up not eating it. I recommend the salad bar but the food is a hit of a miss as it is a chain restaurant. They do have good daily specials if you end up catching one of them. Our waitress Melissa was so nice though! She was great and attentive."
