"The body work itself was great, but they never had me sign anything authorizing work on the vehicle, and they never quoted a price other than the insurance appraisal, so I felt pretty uncertain about what kind of bill I would be facing in the end. They met the appraisal, and they worked with me to get my car back pretty quickly and they released the car to me even though the insurance company was late getting them paid. Overall I would go back."
