"Buyers beware! Sent my Cadillac ECM to them for repair. They told me to pay $169 upfront and upon inspection if no repair is needed then they would refund me everything but shipping. Great right! I got my ECM back in a timely manner but when I opened the box they had no explanation as to what was completed, just my ECM in the box. They also had it labled as a ABS module which I thought was weird but oh well. I called them immediately and asked what type of repair if any was done and they told me they did a complete rebuild of the ECM but could not tell me why the ECM failed! At this point I was very skeptical about the repair but if it fixes the car then I'm fine with it. Fyi it didn't fix my car and I immediately called them and sent it back to them to have it checked again and have it corrected. They sent it back to me again with no response as to what was done. I called them and they said it tested fine. They labeled it again as an ABS module.... Reinstalled it in car and problem was still present. Called them and they told me I more than likely had other problems along with the ECM that would need fixed. Because they seemed very sketchy and I was 99% sure the ECM was bad I decided to buy a remanufactured unit from flashmasters for $395. Just like that, problem fixed!! Car runs great! Bottom line you get what you pay for! These people are crooks!"
"As a shop owner of auto and auto body repair we have been using my air bags fir many years for module resetting and seat belt rebuilds. We have probably done close to 100 items and only had one minor issue with a seat belt that would not retract properky and they took care of it asap and the staff is always professional and helpful especially if you need something done it a hurry to complete a customers vehicle. We have used them exclusively for many years and we will continue to do so. As they save us time and our customers money . Thanks Ed"
