"Brought my 2003 Trailblazer in for braking issue. Was told they repaired a brake line but couldn't bleed due to rusty components. They told me they would try penetration fluid to see if they could break them loose,this went on for 5 days. I the suggested new calipers because you would get new bleeder valves and they would write me a quote. Never received a quote and when I followed up with a text to them I was told they wouldn't do it do to the component being rusty. Would of been nice to know sooner they didn't have the resources or ability to do the repairs. I was just strung along instead of them just telling me that they didn't want to fix a rusty car."

"Bob and Shannon have undoubtedly given me the BEST experience of any mechanic shop undoubtedly. I had received a ridiculous quote for ABS sensor upwards of 7k. They took my vehicle in during the holidays, were very transparent about the work that needed to be done and got my truck back to me for less than half the original quote. All the work was also done in about two weeks. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, the sense for community and the overall work done to the truck. "If I could give 10 stars I would . Driving from Atlanta to my new home in NC. a warning light came on indicating low oil pressure. I originally went to a tire store but felt it really needed to be looked at by a mechanic. They direct me to Shelby's. Not only did they work me in, they did a thorough evaluation. I felt totally comfortable with their diagnosis and preceded over the mountain and got home safely. I am a seasoned car owner and have had lots of repairs in my lifetime.
