"I went to Sally’s today attempting to lighten my roots. The employee pointed to a “toner” to use and explained to us what we should do. We did it and instead of lightening the brown, it turned it orange. Not to mention it wasn’t even toner. It was hair dye. We didn’t know anything about it until now because we trusted them. And now my hair is orange."
