"There isn’t an option for zero stars or this pharmacy would have none. The pharmacist Brooke has zero compassion or rational judgment. As a pharmacist myself in Georgia, I know the laws, rules, and regulations and it is ABSOLUTELY unethical to refuse to sell diabetic syringes to someone and lie to say they require a prescription… especially if that person shows up with insulin and testing supplies in hand. A pharmacist’s judgement on whether or not to sell them should be based on the information they are presented with and when someone is visibly upset telling you they are a type 1 diabetic and do not have insurance and SHOWS you their diabetic supplies, your judgement should tell you that person IS diabetic. CVS causes enough stress on its staff as it is without the staff needing to make their day more difficult by riling up customers who have established their patronage regularly. I have counseled this person to transfer everything to Walmart, where maybe she will at least be treated like a person."

"Horrible experience. We needed to pick up five prescriptions, they gave us two. We had to go back and talk to them. They said they only received two. I called the doctor to double check that there wasn't a mistake the office staff AND the doctor confirmed that all five prescriptions were called in. I ended up speaking to the pharmacist and she was rude. She didn't try to help handle the situation or find out what had happened. She kept insisting that I was wrong. I was confused to what could have happened. I was calm and polite, just trying to figure out if it was called into the wrong pharmacy or something else. Long story short two of the missing three were most definitely called in to CVS. The other one was called into our normal pharmacy since it wouldn't be able to be filled until the following day. I will mostly definitely NEVER use CVS again."

"I have to start by saying Melissa in the pharmacy Is the best! The younger blonde headed Pharmacist IS NOT FRIENDLY. She never smiles and when you ask her a question , she acts as though you are bothering her! On the other hand mrs CINDY who works up front, She is always so nice , helpful and courteous. That's why I gave this store 3 stars."
