The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to answer any questions you may have. I'm a sucker for their seasonal scents, especially their autumn and winter collections. They always have the most festive and heartwarming fragrances, like pumpkin spice, marshmallow fireside, and snowy pine. And their body lotions are so hydrating and moisturizing, they leave my skin feeling soft and smooth. I also love their candles! They come in a variety of sizes and scents, and they always fill my home with a warm and inviting fragrance. I especially love their three-wick candles; they burn for hours and hours, and they fill my entire house with a lovely scent. Bath & Body Works is always my go-to store for gifts. They have something for everyone, from the pickiest fragrance lover to the most discerning skincare aficionado. And their gift sets are always so beautifully packaged, they make the perfect present. "employees are extremely rude , unpleasant, snobby, and serves the poorest to none at all customer service ever. The white girls were very nice. The store’s ceiling was falling through the roof and some didn’t even have ceiling just holes. Products were not nice and neatly presented. If you want to get talked about and get attitude thrown in your face then go to Tifton’s mall where they have the no respect for their customers at BBWz ."

"It is a hit or miss on customer service! Most times I have received good customer service but today the cashier was excessively rude and demanding. She made customers like myself ready to make their purchase as quick as possible and get out of that store. I really wanted to buy a few things at the semi annual clearance sale so I overlooked her hatefulness. I love the semi annual clearance sale. Emails keep me updated on great sales!!"
