"This will be my last time visiting this beauty supply store. The customer service is downright deplorable. There’s a particular girl there with braces who is usually behind the register and her attitude absolutely sucks. Staff mostly have personal conversations amongst themselves and catch an attitude if you ask for help. Most of the merchandise is secured with locks that need to be unlocked by a staff member, and it’s like pulling teeth asking the girls to do their job. Seriously, there’s a beauty supply store every couple miles on this side of town. The competition is far too great to be dealing with attitudes."

"I just went in the store received the worst customer service ever. The girl at the front with two braids and glasses. I forgot to get her name. I guess I interrupted her texting under the counter so when she got up from underneath the counter with her phone, I guess she forgot she was at work pointed for me to come up and then got mad because I asked her the total so I’ll let her ring the toner up and I walked out because who wants to spend their money for somebody so rude when I came into the store you are working at. I’m Sure she wasn’t the owner and I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate you on your phone instead of working . It’s so sad. I went spent my money at the beauty supply located in the plaza right behind."

"I would leave this place 4 stars if it wasn’t for the rude light skin young lady with the braces working the register. She is very off-putting and dismissive, and she made me want to cuss her out for being so dog on rude, but I spared her. Whoever the manager is needs to let this particular young lady know that if she does not like her job or assisting customers, she should RESIGN. I don’t want to come back because of the simple fact of her not being able to implement adequate customer service while she behind the register kiki’ing with her other coworker who was doing little to nothing as it pertains to her job. But shout out to the young lady, Alex, who was very helpful and accommodating."
