"I came here a few weeks ago at the start of the cold mornings for the season. The store was pretty steady in terms of customer volume. The manager on duty was the only person available to install batteries. My car battery is not easy to install, he was fast and diligent with the install. I was able to make it to my dentist appointment on time with his assistance. Thanks Lovejoy Auto Zone."
"Brought a car there to get the battery tested cause of a slow start, it failed the test so a new one was purchased & they offered to install it. The kid who went to installed it put the terminals on backwards blowing the main fuse so now the car is stranded at the store cause they can't get a replacement fuse. On top of it all the manager was being argumentive in not wanting to document the issue for any potential issues that could come up related to this incident. Something that was supposed to be a simple task has turned into an entire ordeal."
"Buy most of my auto parts and accessories right here at this location even passing an oriellys to get here. The employees are pleasant even under stressful situations. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the need to purchase an item for their vehicle. They have a great selection in stock and usually can have any item that is not in stock in a decently short time."
