"I asked for a “medium, skin fade, with the top cut to eyebrow length”. I was given a HIGH AND TIGHT and less than a quarter inch on the top.I didn’t realize what he had done until it was too late. The alleged barber’s name was “Kalit”. Before allowing myself to lose my temper, I asked the Kalit if he was simply a beginner, who made a mistake. I was terrified to learn that he has apparently been terrorizing the heads of unsuspecting passers by within this shop, for the previous two years. The other barber in the shop was courteous, and was giving Kalit step-by-step instructions on how to recover his mistakes before eventually I abandoned the fool’s errand entirely. This other barber offered to fix the mistake instead, however I was unwilling to gamble with such odds. While Kalit made many mistakes (his birth being one of them), he did have the decency to not attempt to collect payment. Attached are photos of what I asked for, compared to what I received."

"First and only time I'll be going to this place. Garbage haircut, the guy cutting my hair did more talking than cutting which is fine if he could do both together. Worst haircut I've had and then I had to pay $30 when normally at the other chain brands I pay a lot less. Then to add insult to injury, wouldn't take my credit card and said cash only. Now what business in 2023 doesn't take credit cards unless there's something fishy going on. 100% will never go here again. ( This is the Newnan, GA store I'm referring to, although I will 100% not go to any of them as a result of my experience here)."

"The barber was eating Fried chicken before cutting my sons head, he didn’t wash his hands before or after. My son has locs and only needed a fade. Was charged $35 dollars. The barber has a shake in his right hand . Definitely shouldn’t be a barber. Please take your business else where! I definitely will not be returning to this place at all…"

"Had about four inches on top. Told them I wanted a high double 0 fade and to keep about 2” on top. Got home and look like ace Ventura pet detective. Left long on the side tops and a half inch or so in the middle. Fade wasn’t even close to high. Needless to say I have to now go somewhere to fix it."

"Went in for beautiful Havana twist and had to return the very next day to fix. Then the day after that I had to return again due to slipping twist, like 1or2 which is annoying enough, her attitude stunk!! She was less than professional which is unfortunate be cause I bought hair and traveled for My services. I wish my style had lasted more than 2-3days... it was a beautiful disaster, and her attitude drove my soul crazy!!! Woo’sa....."
