"Dina was my aesthetician and did an amazing job on my microneedling! She was very kind and professional; she explained everything in detail. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She helped instruct me on what to use afterwards and recommended products that would be most beneficial. "Complete waste of time and money for me sadly. If you’re actually dealing with sensitive skin issues, stick to a professional dermatologist if you can … I was told I needed to do their acne chemical peel when I came for an initial consultation, I did it, and saw the opposite of “rejuvenating” results. No peeling or improvement at all, it only caused more hyperpigmentation and acne… I’ve had several peels in the past from other places that have worked well so wasn’t sure what may have gone wrong here with the product or application of it, but felt that I spent $120 on absolutely nothing. When I called to let them know what happened, I was told to just come back in for another consultation and after driving out for a third time, they tell me I actually should not have had the peel they recommended to me because the acid in it is not good for my skin tone… Their solution was for me to keep coming back and spending more money on different peels they want to try on my face to undo what their first one did. I was really uncomfortable with how unsure everyone I spoke to was while dealing with peoples’ faces…"
"I started coming to this location since it is much closer to my home and the drive to Sandy Springs was a bit far. I have always had a great experience in this new location. Joy is always welcoming, professional, and has made every visit pleasant (especially since needles aren’t exactly my favorite!). She is extremely knowledgeable and talks you through any questions or concerns you have to ensure you’re getting the treatment that is best suited for your needs. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to start (or continue) their skincare journey. They have a wide variety of services to offer so there is something for everyone."
