"You would think this store would be all about helping a single male walking into their location knowing that he's probably looking for a particular gift or item. I walked in looking to purchase a bottle of Chanel Coco and could not get a single employee to assist me so I left and went to Macy's to buy it there."

I called for curbside pickup… tell me why I waited over 15minutes for them to say they had no idea I was here when I called to infer I was here and said so on the app? And she said she’d be right out and I waited another 5minutes so I left. I don’t understand how a curbside pickup can take so long. I saw another review claiming the same thing. Never placing my orders for pick up at this store."
