"Despicable and nasty treatment to their customers. This is why Black people need to stop supporting their business. I will be supporting a Black owned beauty supply from now on. Even if I have to drive all the way to Conyers GA to buy from Dr. HEAVENLY Beauty supply store. We have to support our own. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I'm not sure who you are speaking about, but I don't wear wigs. Earlier today I was trying to patronize your business an old lady kept following me around the store, yet never asked to assist me or if I needed some help. I never felt so disrespected so, I took my business and MY MONEY elsewhere. You see that's Y'ALL problem, you think that all Black people look alike. But no problem, I ordered the products that I need from a Black owned beauty supply store's website."

"I visited this beauty supply today and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The store is neat and clean. I usually feel like I'm being watched in beauty supply stores because of my color but this one gave me a different experience and I felt comfortable shopping. I will definitely be going back to shop again soon..10/10 would recommend."

"Update: Thanks for the rapid response!! They were held onto Please run your camera back! Walking in they were holding my hands! They sat on a box in the middle of the floor to keep from constantly being talked to!! I couldn’t put on a wig cap with kids in my arms! And her concern wasn’t for my children if so it would of been more sincere than what it was. Either way it goes the experience was horrid! Talk about southern hospitality!! Horrible Experience! If I could give it no stars I would!! Visiting from out of state I figured I’d grab a few items I’d forgotten. I walked in and the sales associate told me they didn’t carry the brand I was looking for but I was more than welcome to look around. I proceeded to do so. Accompanying me was my mother in law and my two toddler children (2,1). From me walking in the sales associate reminded me they can’t do that, oh they can’t touch that, Oh they can’t be back there. Obviously!! I’m holding on to them yet still trying to look for what I came for, my mother in law as well. I’d had enough and decided I’d only purchase the cap I’d already put on my head to try a wig. I walked up front to pay and need a quarter so I ran to my mother in law to grab one. By the time I can back my daughter (1) has a packaged bonnet in her hand and the owner was telling her daughter to take it. Already infuriated, I snatched the package from my daughter and the owner went off accusing me of snatching out of her daughters hand. Either way I got what I needed else where! They don’t care about the people (families) they sell too beware of them!"
