"All employees and management lacks customer service and integrity. While purchasing a mesh head wrap for 3.17 THEIR system crashed during the transaction and I was charged twice. After speaking to Management named J whom was very rude. States he need to do research to refund me. After I showed them the transaction went through twice.I NEVER GOT MY MONEY-THATS THEFT. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP HERE CHECK PREV COMMENTS."

"I purchased the wrong product and brought it back within 10 minutes, and the only thing say that the owner said was I cannot return or exchange, because the product was not sealed. As a multiple returning customer, their should’ve been some kind of accommodation. The owner just basically said sorry it’s the law and theirs nothing he could do! As a business owner myself when you have a unsatisfied customer, you should be able to help the customer the best way you can because the customers are the reason why the business is running the way that it does. I had my son with me and I told him right then that’s bad customer service & bad business!!!!!!!!!! I have spent alot of my here and I was sending all my clients to this beauty store. NEVER Again!!!!!!!!!"
"Went in there today to get my daughter a ponytail for her birthday and my one year knocked something over the Chinese man rudeldy said I need to control my child after my sister picked up the items.She's only a baby I see if I knocked something over and didn't pick it up he could just kept him mouth shut definitely will never get my business."
