"I did not have a good experience due to me having a medical service dog. When I entered I was told dogs aren’t allowed. I informed the staff that my dog is a service animal. They did not know what a service animal is so I informed them the she is my medical equipment. I was granted access but shortly I realized I was not receiving the same service as everyone else due to my service animal. Usually when you get a wash + blow out service you are offered a roller set instead of the blow dryer. I was not offered the roller set so I informed them that I would like the roller set. I was told due to my dog, I cannot get a roller set. I informed that how illegal it would be to deny services due to my service dog. The owner went back & forth with me before shortly asking everyone in the store if they know where she is coming from. A very kind lady in the store informed her of the ADA and that it is illegal to not let me have my service dog or refuse service to me. She then allowed me to have the roller set but continued to talk on the phone about my “Perro grande” large dog. My dog is also wearing a vest with SERVICE DOG for identification"
"This place has great service. I was able to walk in get my hair washed and condition they put rollers in my hair blow dried it out and flat iron it and put me under the dryer for less than $100 with tip. It’s very hard to find good customer service, and great service like this nowadays I’m very pleased with my hair and I will definitely be back. all the ladies were super friendly and good at what they do."

"Loved, loved what Ruth did to my hair. I went from black to red and she took all the time to not damage my hair, to make sure the color was perfect, and that my hair was sleek ready for my event. Thank you Ruth you have amazing talent. I highly recommend this salon, they have a warm welcoming ambience work on all types of hair, are fast, and focus on perfection and customer satisfaction."
