"Representative that sold me my tires was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable and efficient however the over all experience did leave much to be desired. I was told I would receive a text when my vehicle was done and I never did, after waiting a significant amount of time I decided to go in a check on the status that’s when I notice my vehicle was already parked outside. I went in retrieved my keys and went to inspect my tires because they appeared all scuffed up and looked like old tires disguised with a little shine. That’s when I noticed they had not fully screwed my valve caps on, I was annoyed- had I not checked they would’ve gone missing and I would’ve had to replace them at my expense. The next day one of my NEW tires was completely flat. Incredibly frustrating as I was heading out of town on holiday and did not have the time to have them rectify the problem. I had air pumped into the tire and was told the valve stem inlet was not tightened to specs. This was a terrible oversight for a place that specializes in tires only. I would be reluctant to making future purchases here again as it seems like perhaps they are rushing the work rather than ensuring the safety of their patrons."
