"Jeff met me outside as soon as I pulled up. Very friendly, realistic and went above and beyond to explain things providing tailored service to meet our needs. He spoke with my husband over the phone and made me feel comfortable bringing my son inside. Money wise-under my budget! The service was all around appreciated."

"Stopped by about 2 weeks ago and had this Mavis shop replace my front brakes and rotors. Everything initially seemed OK, until later that week I noticed full pressure was missing. I took the vehicle back a few days later, because they didn't bleed the brakes. They should have asked me, so the manager Dakota apologized several times for his technicians. While my Tahoe was in the bay I decided to walk around outside. To my surprise I found huge (Tire Killing Screws) all over the ground, on the back side of the service center not to mention including all the trash. I wasn’t very happy because my Tahoe was directly in the bay where 2 of the very dangerous (Tire Killing Screws) were on the ground. I continued walking around and found even more!! After the job was nearly completed and the vehicle was back on the ground, I walked back inside to speak with the manager. I told him about the screws and how the entire back side of the shop was very dirty, respectfully. (BIG MISTAKE). Dakota says “Really, I sincerely apologize, that should never be there”. This guy started profusely apologizing and stating how this wasn’t acceptable and his guys were going to clean that back area immediately. I didn’t scream or yell, but advised him these could have been in my tire. My thinking was that he was truly happy, that I brought this to his attention and that he would clear up the oversight by his staff?? Now about 10 more minutes went by with my vehicle still in the bay and I didn’t know why. Everything seemed to be completed?? To my surprise, with all the statements, chatter and apologizing he was doing 10 minutes ago, I didn’t see any of the 3 techs attempting to clean up, and they were just sitting around, and taking it easy and talking like it was the weekend campfire. Not 1 walked outside to even attempt to pick up a screw. (whatsgoingon). Now, I was back outside standing directly behind my vehicle, when the manager walked over to my Tahoe and asked me to come inside, so he could talk with me. Back inside he tells me my brake master cylinder was leaking and walks me outside and points to the area. WOW …All I see are streams of liquid dripping from around the master cylinder where the brake booster bolts are. (See Pics - Location) not just a little, but a ton of fluid all over the cables and wires dripping everywhere. I asked where that came from? I didn't have 1 drop of fluid on my garage floor, so why now? Dakota states “The fluid is lighter, and it dries quickly, so by the time you arrive home it burns off”. (So No dripping??) That made no sense with the amount of fluid I was seeing. It looked like a water hose suddenly busted over top of the brake reservoir. I knew right away, it was ridiculous, and something sinister was afoot. I go on to state my vehicle has been here for about 40 minutes and you're just now finding this severe leak?((See Photos where drip lines were & NOT even all the screws I found)) Its auto shop 1-0-1 to check the area under the hood to verify brake levels aren't low, if a vehicle is having brake related problems. So you're telling me, you all missed that huge leak for over 40 minutes? Again, Dakota apologized about his techs and how he was going to work with them on training and procedure. I already knew what was happening, so I informed them to immediately bring my Tahoe out. He starts saying I’ll have my tech clean that up and I told him to leave it alone. I was taking it to Rick Hendricks Chevy. I paid $180 for a diagnostic and Rick Hendricks found no leaks to the area or anywhere else. There wasn't anything else wrong with my brakes. Rick Hendricks cleaned the throttle body out, for better engine performance which is completely unrelated. After wiping away all the fluid from everywhere (For a Leak - That wasn't there**) and taking a New photo a week later - No brake fluid gushing Leak anywhere. **I say shame on Mavis in Buford and stay away from their manager, this shop and the entire crew there. It's not worth it, with them doing business this way. Horrible!"
