"17 degrees and my car wouldn't start. AAA estimated a 70-minute wait, so I used my Onstar Guardian service. They called Tiger Towing and Daniel arrived within 30 minutes. He tried jumping the battery, but it still wouldn't start. He quickly diagnosed it as a starter problem. Instead of towing me he offered what he called a "redneck" solution, which was to tap on the stuck starter with a metal (I had a fire poker handy). And it immediately fired right up. Daniel really saved the day for me! Then he cheerfully took the time to show me exactly what he did in case it happened again on the way home, which was over 500 miles away. I really appreciated the TOP-NOTCH service Daniel gave me and he was very polite, too!"

"Never use this company! My daughter had a blow out and needed to be towed. We put the call into Tiger towing. She waited 3 hours and no one ever showed up. We called and told them it was late and we would leave the key and door unlocked. The next morning the car was still there. The tow driver canceled the tow without telling anyone 30 minutes after the call went in. Terrible service. To have my daughter wait for 3 hours and no one ever show up is ridiculous. Don’t ever use this company. Called another service and they were there within 30 mins"

Furthermore, he’s the first tow truck driver I’ve EVER interacted with who called me to give me details on his ETA. I hope not to need roadside assistance for a long time, but if I do need it, I hope the job goes to Jake at Tiger Towing. Wonderful service!"
