"They do their best. I went in for a double nose piercing (one on each side) and the woman who serviced me messed up... twice. I had to go back and get my left side redone only to realize that it's still not symmetrical. It's better than the first attempt and they did repoke me free of charge but... for $60 and three pokes, I think my piercing is should be symmetrical, right? You pay the cost thinking they are well-trained professionals who know whats best but I really think I could place the marking dot better. It's really unfortunate that I'll have to get a second poke on my left nostril one day to balance it out. Or just remove one. Until then, it's wonky jewelry for me. The first pic is the first attempt. The second is the second. I told then it was better cus it is and I don't think I believe in their capabilities anymore. I know my nose/face is asymmetrical but a professional should be able to adjust for that. I hope the feedback helps to improve the service."
