"On December 30, 2023, at 6:29 PM, I visited a store where I noticed some charming glasses that I thought my 6-year-old would like. While examining them, I decided not to buy them after discussing with my husband over the phone. After placing the glasses back, I observed the cashier, an Asian man, walked over and arranging the glasses rack and felt his gaze on me as I continued shopping. When I finished, I approached him to address the discomfort his attention caused me and other customers. However, instead of apologizing, he simply stated it was part of his job. I questioned if making customers feel uneasy and discriminated against was part of his job, but he only responded with dismissive 'OK's. Based on this experience, I would recommend reconsidering visiting this store, as patronage supports employees who may mistreat their customers."
"This is where I get my perfume oils. Cheap and a good selection. The Staff are pretty laid back. My only complaint is that I've purchased items here many times , and they never remember me. The Asian guy kept treating me like I didn't just buy items there the day before. They can upgrade their familiarity and treatment of regular customers. That's why they only get 3 stars. Rude and disrespectful."
"So I’ve been coming here for years & spent no telling how much money! Came in tonight a few minutes before closing, 8:25- they close at 8:30. Instead of hello, it was “We are closed, what do you need?” in a rude fashion. The door was unlocked and it wasn’t 8:30. I’ve been working since 7am this morning, went to the gym, then came by to just grab eye liner pencils. I won’t be back."
