"I use to like this store a lot. I would visit probably twice a week. I use to like this place till I bought some coils for my vape. Asked for Z coils. Paid for them. Left. A couple days later I try to use one and guess what doesn’t fit. Tried to swap them for the correct one. Even swap. Nope. Was told by three people I need to speak to a manager. I come in on a Saturday morning to try to catch the manager and exchange the coils for the one I had asked for. The manager receives a call and I was told I was kicked out. What!?!?! I again ask to speak someone that can help. Long story short I get the police called on me because why? Because they don’t have any customer service. Buyer be aware. I was told it was my fault because I bought them when the manager was not there. I was also told it was my fault because I didn’t check the product before I walked out. I was also told that the sign on the front door say no refund or exchanges on coils. What sign? The lady working at the time told me many times. She said “Don’t know why she’s making a big deal out of this. I’m really sorry. I would swap it if I could.” Her own staff thinks it isn’t right. I ask to speak to the owner. He is the one that said to call the police. What? I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years. First for me. Messed up right? What are your thoughts on this? Would like to heard others opinions."
