"Bought a ring vibrator and had no idea it came already with batteries pre installed because when the button was pressed they did not work. Removed the batteries and put in the new ones it comes with and the vibration is so weak it feels as if it's not even on. Never used the product because for what can't even feel it vibrate lol.. thank God I didn't spend more for the pricier ones this was a waste of money for something that is just going to sit in my drawer now since they don't offer refunds. Next time I'll buy through Amazon"
"Went into store to buy some brownies. I asked the guy’s name for corporate purpose. The guy April gets upset because Ann had a great conversation with me in the store & offered me a 10% discount. I requested that the lipstick be on a separate receipt because Ann stated it’s better that way for warranty purposes. He (April) questioned me about it. I said I thought I had that choice being the consumer. All this after he rings me up knowing Starship have no refunds. I tells Ann I don’t have to buy this stuff. I did because I want to not because I need to. April with the teal hair says as I was walking out, get the hell out the store before he calls the police for me trespassing. I turned around and said you will not speak to me in that manner. I can’t be trespassing walking out the door. Ann tells him to take a break and he leaves the register. He needs not to have contact with customers. I would like a full refund and spend money and time elsewhere . On top of all thos their product that was paid for does not even work. I have put in new batteries twice. Refund me please for this hassrl Zero stars"
"Loralei went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. She showed us around the store because we were clueless and helped me find whatever I needed. Precious was so sweet as well. Will definitely be coming back!"
"Extremely dismissive customer service. This experience was literally like nothing I ever experienced- the girl literally walked out the store to smoke a cigarettes came back and made no attempt to help. Her coworker couldn’t help do to height and couldn’t reach the product. They were beyond rude and nasty. Never will step foot in here again- We do not recommend this location at all to anyone. Anymore."
