"I needed to store wine for one month. Spoke with Gabriella Hall who stated (in writing) that I would be charged the quarterly amount ($75) plus locker deposit ($25) totaling $100, At time of move out, they would refund me the difference based on move-out date. I moved wine out after one month and was to receive refund for 2 months ($50) plus locker deposit ($25) totaling $75. After multiple phone calls and emails, 5 months later I still have not received my refund. I believe Gabriella and John Hall to be dishonest people and I will never receive my refund as promised. Beware doing business with these dishonest people!!!!"
