She was so patient and explained everything that I forgot how nervous I was for my daughter. She walked us through the paperwork, showed us our options and was very peculiar on where to pierce. "This location is phenomenal! Especially employee, Mari. I brought my youngest daughter in to get her first ear piercing a few weeks ago and she was so knowledgeable and assured my daughter was comfortable throughout the complete piercing process. We returned to the store today to pick out birthday gifts for my daughter and she went out of her way, yet again to take her time and help my daughter pick out a plethora of items. She is extremely patient and has such a great attitude as far as her customer service. Thank you greatly, we will be returning!"

"TERRIBLE customer service! Please do not come to this location, you will end up wasting your time and money! My daughter and I decided to come to this location for her first piercing, and they were completely incompetent when it came to conducting their business. We scheduled an appointment via email for 12 PM, yet when we arrived at the store, we encountered a lone employee who said that the woman who does the piercings is out until 4:30 PM. Deciding to remain patient, we said that we would be back at 4:30 to resume my daughter’s scheduled piercing, despite having our time wasted earlier in the day. We also called in advance to confirm that we were still on for the rescheduled piercing at 4:30 PM. When we finally arrived at the store for the second time at 4:30, the doors to the store were locked, and it was empty inside. When we looked on the ground, we noticed a hastily scribbled note that said, “Out for lunch, we will be back at 5.” So, not only were they completely unprofessional by not being on time with the scheduled appointment, but when they rescheduled on their own time, they decided to PUSH IT BACK TWICE for their own convenience instead of catering to their paying customers! This is just sad."
