"I cannot speak for the salon as a whole (because they are all independent contractors), but I will say if you want quality customer service and professionalism do not go to Terri. She was extremely unprofessional and made it known she did not care about my business. I talked with her about a appointment over the weekend for that following Wednesday. She told me to text her which I did on Monday. I asked her to give me an estimate she responded by telling me she only accepts cash. So I asked for an estimate AGAIN because this day and age who carries cash. I didn't want to sit in her chair not knowing how much my hair was going to be because I'm one of those people that doesn't carry cash. I asked her if that was the salon's policy or her personal preference; she responds by saying "my policy being as I'm a independent contractor." I asked her for an estimate AGAIN... she never responded. A whole day goes by and she doesn't say a thing, which was fine with me I took my business else where (MONICA WHO WAS GREAT!). Wednesday Morning she texted me asking me to confirm my appointment and now giving me the estimate I've been asking for $130 -____- She clearly did not care about my time or business. DO NOT GO TO TERRI! However Monica is excellent! She was polite and let me know she cared about my time and business. I got an appointment with her on Monday for Tuesday (very fast). I love my cut and color... added bonus she only charged me $75!!! I would give this review 5 stars had I only encountered her, but I'm partial due to my terrible experience with Terri. DO GO TO MONICA!!! UPDATE: Terri wrote a review saying she doesn't know who I am. No she does not know me, because I was a new client and had never been there before. I have no reason to slander anyone; I'm just telling the truth about my experience. If doing that is slanderous then Terri should work on her customer service so no one "slanders" her without cause. She never even apologized, but can get on here and try to defend herself; which just proves my point...SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL!"
