"⚠️ If you’re a woman of color let me save you some time. I am a graduated cosmetology student that was looking for an assistant position and came across a Siggers Hairdressers assistant job request on indeed. I applied to the position because I thought it would be a great opportunity to become well versed with hair color etc. Siggers reached back out to me to set up an interview and we agreed to a day. I show up to the “interview” 10 minutes before and was greeted by the front desk and was told to wait in the break room. After waiting about 5 mins after the interview was scheduled an older white male came in ( if i find his name I will insert) basically asking what I want. Instantly I knew this was not a professional interview but I continued to be professional and answered in that manner. After, he told me to “not be mad” and that they didn’t need help and the interview was over. As I walked out he didn’t even walk me out. I definitely feel like it was racial discrimination and very disrespectful of them to not even consider interviewing me as agreed. Honestly if i could give this place a 0 I would."

"Nikki did the best hair highlights I have received in my life. It looks natural as if I was in the sun. I needed some help as my hair has white and grays, and my dark blonde undertones always lift to gold/red. She made it happen without brass and it lifted wonderfully."
