"I was offered a Knob Creek 18 bourbon (hard to find) by the clerk, but he was told by his supervisor that it was “reserved for another” when he did a price check. Left my other purchase on the counter and left. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen."
"I have been patronizing Roswell Beverage for about ten months since moving back into Roswell, GA. Today I observed a delivery truck interfering with handicapped parking and being a disabled Veteran I brought it to the store’s manager, but was “blown off” with the remark that “didn’t I have something better to do”. With respect to his rudeness I left my intended purchases on his counter and walked out. The truck driver also disregarded my comments and with that I reported the parking violation to the Roswell Police. From there it escalated and I was called a number of this referring me as gay, which I’m not. Im finished with them."
"I called in to see if they had dewars white label in half gallon to get 10 of them for gifts for my friends and relatives. A grumpy old man didn’t like when I asked about the price match and hung up. I have always seen flourishing places like this going down in a couple of years because of arrogance and rude customer service."
